Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 313 An Act making a special appropriation to the bond                 
redemption subaccount from the constitutional budget reserve fund              
under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska; and            
providing for an effective date be placed at the bottom of todays              
calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
